Vampire Skill Line Changes

Update 26 will see a major update to the ESO base-game for the Vampire Skill Line and the Justice System. This re-vamp (pun intended) will dramatically change how players infected with the curse of Vampirism utilise their extra skills.

The skill line changes and additions include brand new abilities that either replace or update existing ones, with the goal to make Vampires more active and engaging in battle.

The first two abilities, called Eviscerate and Blood Frenzy are part of the “Blood Magic” synergy. “Eviscerate is a straightforward spammable that deals more damage based on your own missing Health, while Blood Frenzy is a toggle ability that drains your own Health in exchange for increased Weapon and Spell Damage. Both abilities synergize perfectly with each other, and using them both in tandem is a key part of the Vampire’s offensive output.”
